 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide good quality helpdesk support to internal users and external clients regarding to securities trading platform and back office related IT systems
• Responsible operation works for Server room, Email Service, PC/laptop, PABX, IP Phones, Data backup, housekeeping, etc.
• Accountable for compliance requirement, security, change, and problem management process
• Manage vendors and external business partners
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Recognizable diploma/degree holder in computer science or IT related qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years related IT helpdesk and infrastructure management experience
• Strong technical skills and experience in securities trading firms or other financial institutions
• Ability to describe the complex technical concepts and ideas into non-technical terms
• Work independently and proactively under pressure; willing to learn new technology
• Good prioritization, problem solving skills and communications skill
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred

 * Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior IT Officer
