Role Description
- Create menus for new vendors to feature on website
- Edit and proofread every content to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to create pages and optimize user experience
- Translation to maintain consistency in both English and Chinese content
- Update menus efficiently and effectively, complete edits with an attention to details and in timely manner
- Train others (formally and informally) on tools, processes, content and best practices
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong authoring, editing and reviewing skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter & highly motivated to succeed
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Experience in back end processes such as data entry, data upload and billing etc.
- Excellent command in both English and Chinese, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office and similar tools
- Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory
- Knowledge in Photoshop/HTML/CSS is preferred
- Candidates with less than 4 years experience are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome
