RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide desktop support to internal users
• Perform servers and operating systems monitoring, network configurations, software applications, and hardware maintenance
• Resolve users’ problems regarding to server, desktop, hardware, software, network, email, IP Phone, etc. 
• Prepare system documentation and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• 0-3 years’ IT experience 
• Good knowledge of Windows technologies 
• A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
