As a Agile Coach, you will work on many projects that carry varying responsibilities. Below are some examples of the diverse projects with which you might be involved:  

     Guide Agile teams on their journey to creating incredible products for our customers.

     Live, sleep and eat the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto.

     Be the living embodiment of a servant leader, leading and inspiring others by example.

     Mentor and educate people of all levels on the benefits of Agile

     Formally teach and train others on Agile Methods

     Support and coach our team members in order to help them be empowered and successful

     Identify and remove organizational challenges standing in the way of allowing teams to reach their full potential

Ideal candidates:

     At least 5 years of experience as Agile Coach

     Strong passion for coaching, mentoring and teaching others to help them be the best they can be.

     Excellent communication skills at all levels, from team members to senior management.

     An entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort with uncertainty and ambiguity.

     Close experience with the processes of software development, DevOps, and Quality Assurance

     Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English, excellent teamwork, leadership and analytical skills are pre-requisite.

     Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent.
