Job Description
The Requirement
- Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- With 1 – 3 years working experience in user support and system maintenance, preferably in hospitality industry
- Familiar with most PC applications including Microsoft Window 7 / 10, Microsoft Office 2010
- Sound knowledge in Apple and Android devices, mobile application development, networking and server management e.g. Windows Server 2008/2012 and Exchange 2010
- Knowledge in Hotel application, such as PMS, POS is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and guest oriented
