Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepares and analyses EDI Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Participates in QA system test, milestone and hyper care before or after go-live
- Supports all portals. Ensures all system processes are running for the smooth flow and operation of all EDI activities between vendors, portals, terminals and other external interfaces
- Provides active monitoring, trouble shooting and solutions
- Follow business data flow from customers prospective to Carrier or vice versa
- Prepares and conducts training to country users and undertakes ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Post graduate certificate of IT
- 2-3 years' Business and System Analysis experience and knowledge in EDI
- Knowledge of various EDI Standards (UN-Edifact, X.12 Ansi and XML)
- Excellent interpersonal skill and proficiency in problem approaching and trouble shooting
- Experience in Business Process Flow and Shipping Industry knowledge is an advantage
- Good command in English and proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
