Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide On-site system and network support to client
- Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
- Perform IT operation for server monitoring, permissions, backups and administration
- Provide IT helpdesk support and onsite technical support services
- Occasional on-site work is needed
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Good communication skill
- Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- 1 year working experience, preferable with Networking background
