Our client, a top Chinese Investment Bank (HK Base) is looking for an IT Audit Manager, the compensation is competitive, JD and requirements are as below: 

Job Description:

• Conduct IT-related internal audit assignments which includes:
• IT general/application controls
• system implementation
• information security
• IT operation controls
• IT governance and risk management
• documentation and testing
• Responsible for drafting internal audit reports, audit findings' report and communication, and recommending improvement and IT risks mitigation
• Perform follow-up reviews to assess management’s progress of implementation of audit recommendations
• Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion according to the annual audit plan
• Provide IT control advisory services and other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 yrs of external/internal IT audit experience gained from sizable financial institutions, big-4 audit firms or leading investment banks
• Qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent is required
• Deep understanding of information system audit methodologies, IT security, risks and controls and familiar with regulatory requirements of SFC
• Strong communication, problem solving and report writing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
• Occasional travels are required
