Responsibilities:

• To handle 1st tier calls and assist to record down customer's requirement and details
• Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services
• Handle customer enquirers professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customers' complaints and urgent matter via phone
• Conduct contact center administrative work when necessary
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Completion of Form 5 or above
• Able to work on shift
• Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
• Passed in IIQE paper 1,2,3,4,5 is an advantage
• Passed in HKSI 1,7,8 is an advantage
• Customer-oriented , able to work independently and work under pressure
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office & PC applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
