Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle 1st tier calls and assist to record down customer's requirement and details
- Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services
- Handle customer enquirers professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customers' complaints and urgent matter via phone
- Conduct contact center administrative work when necessary
- Assist in any other ad hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Completion of Form 5 or above
- Able to work on shift
- Experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
- Passed in IIQE paper 1,2,3,4,5 is an advantage
- Passed in HKSI 1,7,8 is an advantage
- Customer-oriented , able to work independently and work under pressure
- Good command of spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office & PC applications
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
