This position is responsible for the acquisition and growth of specific targeted accounts. You will develop customer relationships with key decision makers and to lead the successful identification, qualification, pursuit and closure of new target business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To build and penetrate a list of target new accounts ideally through channel partners, but if necessary, go direct, to produce incremental sales for company and to solve customer problems and benefit these target customers.
  • To expand the list of target accounts by getting turnkey project leads and do buddy calls. To work closely with the technical pre-sales as well as customer service teams to deliver appropriate solutions to customers.
  • Report to Sales Director regarding new accounts and business related matters in Hong Kong. To manage, monitor and control all sales activities of the designated target customers.
  • To make happy end-user customers as well as ensuring continuous development of these customers.
  • To be a hunter and a strong team player with the ability to influence and drive success.

 

Requirements:

  • University or College Degree.
  • At least 4 years experience in sales background with an executive level network and proven performance in high-level negotiations is preferred.
  • Solid experience with high profile customers.
  • Knowledge of requirements and needs for IT infrastructure/ datacentre infrastructure solutions.
  • Good knowledge in multimedia tools and applications.
  • Proficient in strategic marketing, research, sales skills.
  • Excellent skills in market analysis.
  • Good sales track record, willing to take new challenge
  • Computer literacy – in Microsoft Office or of similar software.
  • Proactive, good attitude, passionate to win with excellent interpersonal skills.

 

* Candidate with more experience/ very good sales track record will be considered as Sales Manager.
