Our client, an international financial institutions, is expanding their investment banking business, they are actively looking for high caliber candidate to join their IBD team, the requirements are as follows:-

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Quantitative Business or equivalent;
• CFA designation will be an asset;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment banking or corporate banking or in-house M&A or financing expertise;
• Strong in Real Estate sector / worldwide region as an advantages;  
• Performing financing, bond issuing & placement, "buy-sell" existing asset to HNW and corporate client; 
• With sold experience / track records in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) or  acquisition financing deals; (buy or sell side) or relevant; 
• Strong business network and able to target business opportunities and in APAC and across other countries; 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidate with less experience, client is considering to offer an Vice President role.
