Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise either SFC Type 1, 4 and/or 9 regulated activities  
• Supervise and manage daily operations
• Assist in writing, reviewing and maintaining proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices
• Provide assistance in communications with SFC and other regulators
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current holder of SFC sole or non-sole Responsible Officer license for Type 1, Type 4 or Type 9 regulated activities preferred. However, current Type 1, Type 4, and/or Type 9Representatives will also be considered if they have the above mentioned experiences.
• For Type 9, minimum 2 years of solid experience in asset management relating to portfolio management and fund management in any one of the areas: proprietary trading (with discretion), private equity, discretionary managed account, dealing with alternative investments.

• Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
