• Be in contact with the CFO based in Sweden as well as CEO of Asia, and Managing Director of the subsidiary Lui Design.
• Responsible for all accounting operation and company secretary duties for the APAC region, which include general entry, prepare weekly report, monthly P&L and cash flow forecast analysis.
• Manage accounting operations such as General Ledger, Account Receivables, and Accounts Payable for APAC region.
• Familiar with general Chinese accounting practices and principles. Responsible for coordination with the China accounting agency.
• Responsible for auditing accounts and inventory records in the China factories.
• Consolidate financial reports from HK and China internal companies monthly.
• Run and monitor annual audit procedure in liaison with auditor.
• Collaborate with tax authority, auditor, and banks.
• Participate in group management meetings, ad-hoc analysis and projects as requested.
• Manage Human Resources related administrative work.
• Some limited travelling will be required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience with 2 years in supervisory position.
• Mature, self-initiative with good inter-personal skills and analytical mind.
• Detailed oriented and able to work muiti-task as well as meeting deadlines.
• Experience in Multiable / Peachtree or similar accounting software is required.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing).
• Good references and rapport from previous jobs.
