職責:

• 處理貸款申請及日常文書工作等
• 與客戶建立及維持良好關係
• 處理客戶查詢及還款

要求:

• F.5 / DSE或以上
• 歡迎畢業生,有相關經驗者優先
• 良好粵語及英語,良好溝通技巧
• Ms Word 及 Excel 基礎應用
• 工作主動,細心,有耐性及良好的人際處理技巧

 待遇:5天工作,銀行假期,底薪+佣金,年終獎金,生日假期

• Handle loan applications and document processing
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Handle enquiries and repayments

Requirements:

• F.5/DSE or above
• Relevant experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome
• Fair English and Chinese with satisfactory communication skills
• Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Excellent customer service skills and detail-minded
