Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain systematic filling system
- Follow up with customers for service order with voice recording
- Prepare reports
- Perform reconciliation
- Monitor online transaction
- Maintain customer record and system input
- Assist special project on account opening for both local and overseas customers
- Perform ad hoc assignment when necessary
Requirements:
- F5 or above with 1 year working experience
- Fresh graduate with passion will also be considered
- Proficiency in Mandarin & able to communicate in English.
- Good communication skills
- English & Chinese typing
