- Ensure smooth branch operation and work efficiency;
- Maintain good relationship with high-net-worth customers and develop new customer portfolio through networking;
- Assist to develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer penetration, new customer
- Assist in managing risk by overseeing credit operation and compliance matters at branch level;
- solicitation and to exceed assigned business targets of the branch;
- Maintain a high quality and motivated team with strong engagement;
- Manage and enhance service quality in the branch.
Requirements:
- University degree holder is preferred, preferably in business, finance, statistics or risk management related discipline;
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in branch operation with supervisory experience;
- Less experience might be considered as Customer Service Officer/Assistant Manager
- Experience in selling wealth management & insurance products preferred;
- Strong service sense and committed to deliver the best service to customers;
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;
- Dedicated person with high integrate, responsible, positive and proactive attitude;
- With credit control/ margin calls experience from financial industries
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
