Job Description:

• Ensure smooth branch operation and work efficiency;
• Maintain good relationship with high-net-worth customers and develop new customer portfolio through networking;
• Assist to develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer penetration, new customer
• Assist in managing risk by overseeing credit operation and compliance matters at branch level;
• solicitation and to exceed assigned business targets of the branch;
• Maintain a high quality and motivated team with strong engagement;
• Manage and enhance service quality in the branch.

Requirements:

• University degree holder is preferred, preferably in business, finance, statistics or risk management related discipline;
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in branch operation with supervisory experience;
• Less experience might be considered as Customer Service Officer/Assistant Manager
• Experience in selling wealth management & insurance products preferred;
• Strong service sense and committed to deliver the best service to customers;
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;
• Dedicated person with high integrate, responsible, positive and proactive attitude;
•  With credit control/ margin calls experience from financial industries
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
