Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing event staff, analysts, sales and corporates for co-ordinating roadshows and corporate access events.
- Liaison with CLSA sales, clients and corporates for bespoken trips.
- Specific responsibility for the overall management of both Corporate Access events and roadshows including:
- booking travel, accommodation and ground transportation
- ensuring that necessary materials / equipment are available
- arranging event diaries in liaison with corporates and CLSA clients
- entering details into CIS / corporate travel approval systems
- validating invoices
- Contract period: Present – End of June
Requirements
- Fast learner with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong organisational skills and detailed-minded.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
