Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and update relevant risk management and risk control policies and procedures for our Global Commodities & Futures and alternative investments businesses;
• Identify relevant credit risk points and corresponding risk control/ mitigation measures according to business development and changes;
• Assist to execute the business approval raised from user departments (including alternative investments, global commodities & futures, bond trading, securities investments, investment banking businesses) and arrange respective meetings when necessary;
• Provide risk comments on credit limits applications for the alternative investments, global commodities & futures and bond trading businesses;
• Provide evaluation and risk comments on new business/ product applications;
• Assist in other work in the team Division, e.g. compliance management, internal and external communications, file management, budgeting and digitalization, etc.
• Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related Disciplines with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in banking and/ or financial/ securities & brokerage/ asset management company;
• CFA/FRM qualifications preferred;
• Familiar with SFO and best market practices; solid credit research and assessment skills and prior exposure to securities markets or products will be an advantage;
• Good communication and organization skills;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Responsible, reliable with pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office application, knowledge in VBA / Macro will be an advantage;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
