Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Fund set-up paper work, draft project presentations and handle client service matters;
• Responsible for drafting and distributing monthly newsletter to investors;
• Assist in handling daily paper and admin work, as well as liaising with our Legal and Compliance team for certain documentation matters;
• Support senior sales to arrange marketing trips and participate in client meetings; and
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• MBA graduate highly preferred; Bachelor Degree holder with outstanding academic background;
• Prefer someone with certain exposure on fund set-up or existing relationships with domestic commercial banks, SOEs and insurance companies;
• Working hard with good attention into details;
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; and
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
