Job Description
Our client, a reputable art gallery, is looking to hire a Finance Manager for their growing HK branch.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and keep track of Order forms, Invoice, Payments, and Sales record
- Process payments by credit card, wire transfer, and AliPay and WeChat
- Reconcile monthly bank accounts, petty cash, and credit card expenses
- Monitor and prepare payroll, MPF, and salaries tax returns for processing by accountants
- Create quarterly financial reports for Director of Finance
- Assist Director of Finance with the preparation of documents for external audit
Job Requirement
- 8+ years of relevant Accounting experience at an Art Gallery and/or Luxury brands
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business / Economics / Accounting & Finance
- Attention to detail and able to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command in English, both in speaking and writing
