We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
• Manage bank loan facilities review and administration, loan covenants monitoring;
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;
• Liaise with banks, lawyers or various parties regularly and maintain a good relationship with them;
• Participate in system enhancement projects and facilitate with UAT;
• Support senior management to perform other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy or related discipline;
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in managing banking facilities;
• Familiar with treasury and hedging products;
• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and work under pressure;
• Good computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Immediately available is preferable.
