Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for handling incoming call and email enquiries in professional manner;
- Perform data entries and exercise judgments on dimension posting
- Work on bank reconciliation and AR/AP Aging reports
- Assist on month end closing with preparation of accounting schedules
Prepare cheque / TT payment - Attend banking matters in the absence of office assistant
- Prepare weekly sales reports and other reports as required;
- Provide assistance in general administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, Accounting or equivalent
- Relevant prior work experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Basic computer skill is desirable;
- Good knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
