Job Duties:

• Responsible for handling incoming call and email enquiries in professional manner;
• Perform data entries and exercise judgments on dimension posting
• Work on bank reconciliation and AR/AP Aging reports
• Assist on month end closing with preparation of accounting schedules
  Prepare cheque / TT payment
• Attend banking matters in the absence of office assistant
• Prepare weekly sales reports and other reports as required;
• Provide assistance in general administrative activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, Accounting or equivalent
• Relevant prior work experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
• Basic computer skill is desirable;
• Good knowledge of MS Office Excel
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
