Responsibilities
- Monitor client’s trading accounts and ensure settlement within a timely manner
- Perform debt collection through telephone, demand letters and any other means
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure timely mailing of statement of accounts and invoices to clients
- Perform day-to-day credit control tasks.
- Act as a consultant to sales and operation division and assist with negotiating settlements with customers on potential bad debt
- Liaison with relevant regional departments to ensure smooth operation
- Perform ad:hoc projects as assigned by the management

Requirements
- High Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor degree holder, preferably in account, finance, business, legal or related disciplines
- At least 3 to 6 years solid working experience, preferably with experience in handling receivables and/or debt collection
- Experience in travelling industry will be an advantage but not a must.
- Familiar with credit operational cycle and credit related processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Initiative, Proactive, Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Computer literacy with knowledge in Microsoft Office, Chinese & English Word Processing
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

- Excellent in reporting skills
- Immediate availability is preferred.
