Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Report directly to the top management. Oversee all accounting and financial functions of group of companies (HK headquarter, 2 factories in China).
2. Provide financial analysis and company financial status to board for business decision making, operation and profit improvement.
3. Timely and accurate cash flow management; Maintain healthy cash flow.
4. Monitor and manage company budget, expenditures and income forecast.
5. Achieves budgetary objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
6. Monitor company debt level, risk management and payments collections.
7. Liaise with external auditors for year-end auditing, with banks for loans & facilities, and with regulatory authorities.
8. Develop, enhance and streamline accounting and financial procedures, policies and systems.

About the Person:

1. Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA qualified.
2. 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance in Manufacturing Industry.
3. Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, banking, legal and government regulations and practices.
4. Having legal background or experience is an advantage.
5. Influencing, proactive, assertive and confident; With critical mindset; Strong sense of responsibility.
6. Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
