Job Duties

1. Supervise the Group’s month-end closing of full set of accounts;
2. Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger functions;
3. Prepare monthly report and analyse financial statements;
4. Handle project costing and financial reporting;
5. Determine project contract payment stages.
6. Handle company secretarial, banking and audit matters;
7. Consolidate the financial accounts of our international subsidiaries;
8. Handle all inter-company transactions and reconciliations;

Requirements

1. Higher Diploma / University Degree / Finalist of recognised international accounting professional body;
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience post Graduation;
3. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and reporting;
4. Smart, flexible, adaptive to dynamic business environment;
5. Attentive to details, organised, a self-starter and independent;
6. Fluent in spoken and written English (must); Mandarin is an advantage;
7. Must possess effective communication skill;
8. Experience to work in multi-national companies will be advantageous;
9. Candidate with immediate availability will be given priority.
