Responsibilities

• Work together with Business Development & Operation, Director, to develop healthcare solutions proposal / medical plan, to accommodate with customers request and explore the possibility of the plan rolling out together with related parties or departments
• Work out new proposals for either new clients or existing customers when required
• Initiate the implementation of new contracts and conduct the handover process to Business operation team and to ensure that there is a smooth implementation for the contract in an efficient and effective way
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing insurer, brokers & clients and follow up with them regularly to explore opportunities to expand our business
• Handle incoming enquiries from our clients and work out business proposals for them to enhance our business growth
• Any ad-hoc projects assigned by the management 

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Healthcare management or related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience
  
• Sound analytical skills and result-driven with strong initiative, integral and committed character
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills that enhance effectiveness with all levels of staff
• Proficiency in PC software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
