Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate account and establish new and maintain business relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies and intermediaries
• Corporate client database management and record update
• Liaise with clients and business partners
• Coordinate with internal units to ensure the delivery of quality services
• Prepare various kinds of report for management review and business function
• Take on ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing or health science related disciplines is preferred but not a must
• Minimum 2 years working experience in service industry
• Experience in customer services and client relationship management in healthcare / insurance industry will be an advantage but not a must
• Familiar with medical insurance and dental services is preferable
• Strong presentation, negotiation and problem solving skill
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin will be an asset)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
• Applicant with more than 5 years relevant working experience will be considered for the position of Business Operations Officer.
