Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
l Perform general administration duties and office administration support
l Assist in preparing meeting materials, monthly reports and general documents
l Perform any other duties as assigned by director and associated manager
l To assist team members to prepare all projects’ operation administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
l High Diploma/Associate Degree holder or above
l 1-2 years solid experience in Admin & Operation (Fresh graduate is also welcome)
l Effective time management, able to complete tasks with priorities and within tight deadlines
l Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
l Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work independently as well as be a team player
l Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
l Enthusiastic, passion, can-do attitude with drive to continually learn and improve
l Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
l Good communication and interpersonal skills
