Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of 2 garment factories in Vietnam (over 6000 workers in one plant) with the support of Factory Managers
• Implement and supervise manufacturing plans and strategies, including budgets, plant expansion, major expenditures, etc.
• Meet KPI set for the factories
• Incorporate sales forecasts into production planning
• Handle requests and enquiries from major international clients

 Requirements

• Degree in all disciplines acceptable. Textile, Manufacturing or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 10 years experience in garment/ textile manufacturing industry
• Prior manufacturing experience with Nike an distinctive advantage, or other reputable brands in sportswear
• Strong communication skills for communicating with factories, HO and clients
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English as incumbent has to communicate frequently with international customers. Spoken Chinese an advantage
• Based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City)
