Representing a MNC Client in search of a Legal & Compliance Specialist in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act - (FCPA)

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and compliance advice to senior management and other internal departments within the Corporate structure
• Executing compliance monitoring program and reviewing internal compliance policies and procedures on a regular basis
• Liaise with government bodies and handle regulators’ inquiry, notification requirement, reporting, inspection and investigation
• Develop, draft and review a broad range of business contracts, agreements, correspondences, marketing materials and other legal documentations
• Work with external lawyers and other professional advisers
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law, Risk Management or other related disciplines
• 5 years’ or above management experience in sizable financial institutions, professional firms or regulatory bodies
• Familiar with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act & APAC regulation
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
