Requirements

- F. 5 or above

- At least 8 years experience in woven garment including 5 years experience in managerial level

- Proactive and good interpersonal skill

- Strong in problem solving, communication and negotiation skill

- Good command of writing and speaking in English

- Stationed in Bangladesh

- Able to adapt in a challenging environment

- Immediately available is preferred

Responsibilities

- Monitor the operation of a woven garment factory

- Manage and motivate the production team

- Follow-up orders from sampling to garment delivery

- Improve the production efficiency

- Coordinate with Hong Kong and Bangladesh Office
