Responsibilities

• Lead a merchandising team to ensure effective sourcing and merchandising activities;
• Oversees daily operations of product development and bulk production;
• Identify business opportunities and enhance sourcing base;
• Maintain good relationship with clients and suppliers;
• Develop new business and generate revenue.

Requirements

• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years' relevant experience in garment buying or trading firm;
• Exposure in managerial role with strong leadership;
• Strong experience in handling Sweater item;
• Solid experience working with US buyers;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Willing to travel occasionally;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Merchandising Manager;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
