Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers for product requirements and specification;
• Work closely with factory to ensure the new products are developed according to the product specification;
• Coordinate with the customers and the factory in the product development, from idea to shipment;
• Support customers’ audit preparation;
• Responsible for program management including monitoring the overall project scheduling and new projects development;
• Responsible for all commercial issues with customers, including order handling and product quotation;
• To communicate with customer independently and provide timely support and services to customers.
• Handle new product and concept development with factory, design house, licensors, internal marketing and overseas office/customers
• Monitor and coordinate all aspects of production (include product and packaging) to ensure the requirements are met
• Conduct cost estimation and checking quotation as required. Negotiate with factories.

Requirements

• 5 years and above relevant working experience in the field of product development or merchandising;
• Willing to travel in China and overseas;
• Familiar with ISO standard is an advantage;
• Knowledge in REACH regulation and RoHS is preferable;
• Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Project Management or Engineering or equivalent;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin;
• Literacy in MS office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project;
