Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Prepare month-end closing, including inventory control
• Assist in cash management and cash flow forecast
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and schedules;
• Liaise with auditors on audit work and tax filing
• Supervise the works of subordinates;
• Work with other departments on finance-related matters
• Liaise with finance counterparts from related PRC companies
• Participate in ad-hoc projects
• Perform business analysis and analytical review

Profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience in handling full set of accounts
• Knowledge of Peach Tree is a plus
• Good command in English and Chinese, with good spoken Putonghua
• Need to travel and work in the PRC office
• PRC accounting and tax knowledge would be an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly EXCEL
• Stable, easy-going and dedicated
• Good interpersonal skills
• Polite and energetic
• Immediately available is preferred
