My Client is a international Commercial Lab. Now she is looking for an experience Assistant Manager in Fiber

Responsibilities:

• Reports to Manager for daily technical operations
• Supervise a team to perform fiber testing, microscopic identification and fiber composition for Softline samples and provide corresponding training to subordinates
• Conduct tests in accordance with related international safety standards and clients' requirements
• Develop and review new testing procedures and methods
• Handle enquiries on testing procedures, results and technical issue
• Review test report and result review
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Textiles & Clothing, Product Testing or related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ experience in fiber testing
• Familiar with Softlines testing lab operations and related testing requirements 
• Independent, mature and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferably including Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferred

the candidate is less experience will consider as a Senior Fiber Engineer or Senior Technical Officer
