Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily shipment, booking and trade-link declaration

• Handle data entry, filing, tracking and tracing systems

• Coordinate with factory and forwarders for shipment arrangement

• Responsible for providing clerical support to the team

Requirements:

•  Form 5 / DSE level or above

• 1-2 years of working experience in handling I/E and L/C Documents

• Hands on experience in Tradelink is a must

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in PC Skills, such as Word, Excel and ERP

• Good commend of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
