Roles and Responsibilities

• Footwear quality control coordination
• Oversee the development and function of the Online Fitting Processes
• Monitor US Distribution Center QA processes
• Create footwear training materials based on specific internal and external requirements
• Update the QA manuals and prepare SOP for QA follow-up
• Coordinate with QA and or merchandising teams for footwear quality inspection arrangement
• Work with merchandisers to align footwear processes and to reduce lead-time
• Any other ad hoc assignments 

  Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain and or Fashion & Textile or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years working experience (fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Familiar with US Distribution Center operations, and knowledge of Footwear Quality Assurance
• Good command in both written and verbal English
• Team player, detail minded and strong ownership & initiative on the duties assigned
• Good communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Good computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
