Job Descriptions:

• Manage good communications with vendors, factory and overseas office 
• Conduct suppliers sourcing, selection and evaluation
• Support all supplies and purchasing activities such as prepare invoice, handle purchase orders and other clerical and logistic supports.
• Monitor all purchased items for quality, delivery dates and prices.
• Provide duties with a comprehensive mind for our business development
• QC for Jewellery
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma, Associate Degree or above 
• Minimum 2 year solid experience in jewellery production industry
• Proficient in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office
• Detailed, proactive, well organized and willing to learn
• Independent, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
