Job responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in maintenance of the certification of GDP, ISO9001 Quality Management System and other systems
• Prepare and update the SOPs as well as validation documents;
• Monitor, review and handle routine QA related tasks;
• Ensure the compliance of SOPs to ensure products and services quality
• Monitor KPI, collect data and conduct data analysis to managers
• Monitor incidents and customer complaints
• Arrange internal & external training program
• Identify risks, quality problem areas and give solutions
• Implement 7S Management and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Department Manager

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Pharmaceutical studies/Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry
• Proactive, attentive to details with good communication skills
• Solid experiences on implementation to GDP, HACCP and ISO certification
• Should be self-directed, able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
• Experienced in auditing on quality management system is preferred
• Willing to work overtime where necessary
• Good command of written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in computer application such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
