Responsibilities

• To assist in food safety inspection at Central Kitchen to ensure proper food handling and record keeping;
• Food sample preparation, and conduct microbial test and lab result analysis and report preparation;
• To assist the implementation of ISO22000 and HACCP system, document preparation and review;
• To conduct equipment maintenance and calibration;
• To assist and conduct personal hygiene and OHSAS training;
• To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Food Science or related disciplines;
• 1 year working experience, preferable in food manufacturing industry;
• Knowledge of Laboratory Testing and Sampling;
• Knowledge on HACCP, ISO 22000 and OHSAS system;
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• A good team player
• Work location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
