Key Responsibilities:-

Support the project team to coordinate from purchase and shipment through to site delivery and subsequent document control, which includes:-

• Coordinate with suppliers on orders placed
• Coordinate project logistics requirements including contact with shipping and sample arrangement
• Support Project Team in updating the projects’ and suppliers’ information

Requirements:-

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management environment, exposure to shipping and fabric sourcing being an advantage
• Strong computer skills including Excel & Word & Powerpoint
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent command in English and Mandarin is preferred, both verbal and written
• Immediate availability is preferred

Transportation to and from Cyberport office includes Cyberport shuttle bus, green minibus to  Wong Chuk Hang / Kennedy Town MTR, green minibus and buses to different locations.
