Job Description

Total Jewellery Solutions (TJS) Division:

TJS, is a multi-faceted global supply chain business model under the Group, incorporating retail technologies, experiences on top of quality in products and services, aim at establishing long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers
  • Able to provide business acumen and Market-Intel on the customer-accounts you are responsible for, in order to manage the risk-level the Group is exposed
  • Build good customer portfolio with professional and trustful relationship and practices
  • Understand customers’ needs and provide diligent customer services to fulfill products &/or retail technology solutions accordingly. This includes good coordination skills with various internal divisions to help accomplish the services and tasks
  • Explore new business opportunities constantly with existing customers as well as new markets

Accountabilities:

  • To meet the annual Sales objectives and KPIs set by the President of the team
  • Accountable for both collective objectives and individual sales representative objectives whenever applicable

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years’ experience in handling overseas customers in jewellery wholesale business preferable in Europe & Asia markets with clienteles of Majors or Retail Chains, experience in developing new channel segments is a plus
  • Profound understanding and practices in commercial compliances and best practice policy
  • Sound understanding of jewellery products in terms of manufacturing processes and some basic technical know-how and logics about jewellery making
  • Self-motivated, resourceful-minded with Sales target driven
  • Entrepreneur mindset and good at execution
  • Good people skill set
