Responsibilities: 

• Conduct checking for raw materials, in-processing products and finished products according to the sampling plans.
• Conduct online QC inspection, sampling & equipment calibration
• Responsible for microbiological, chemical and physical laboratory testing for raw materials, semi-finished product and finished products
• Provide technical supports on new product and facilitate new product standard setting.
• Coordinate and participate work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training to related staff.

Requirements: 

• Certificate holder / Bachelor’s degree in Food relevant disciplines / Analytical Science in Microbiological testing
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP & ISO 22000 system would be an advantage
• exposure of food factory or frontline operations will be an advantage
• With Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Auditor / Lead Auditor qualification will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduate / Certificate will be considered as QC Assistant / QA Officer and more experience / Degree holder will be considered as Senior QA Officer
