Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• To handle LC opening and full set Import/Export shipping to fabric mills suppliers, factories, overseas offices and customers
• To prepare sample/bulk shipping and bank documentatio
• To create invoice for advance payment and issue shipping instruction to mills and suppliers
• To monitor shipping schedule, freight quotation, shipment consolidation, as well as arrange and liaise sea/air shipments with forwarders
• To co-work with fabric mills, factories and customers to ensure on-time delivery
• To process shipments’ data input and payment arrangement
• To provide timely and accurate reports as required and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or other relevant subjects
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Familiar on GT Nexus(TradeCard), Ge-TS system (I/E declaration) and/or other relevant systems
• With strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and under pressure, as well as willing to cooperate with teammates and willing to work overtime if needed
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
• Immediate available is preferred.
