Responsibilities:

-          Support daily QA operations such as document, certificate, test & inspection report checking and release shipments up to company regulations

-          Timely up-dating of internal & external documentation database

-          Liaise with different departments (merchandising, suppliers and head & off-shore offices) to follow up documentation flow closely

-          Communication with 3^rd party and head offices in regards to inspection and testing requirements

-          Assist QA team on data preparation, consolidation to monitor and analysis QA matters

Requirements:

-          Higher diploma and/or degree holder in textile testing/chemistry (apparel, home textiles, socks & hosiery, Shoes and Luggage)

-          Understanding of Quality Control AQL standards and inspection process

-          Good knowledge of (EU/Germany) physical, chemical testing standards and product safety requirements

-          Experience in buying office or testing house is desired

-          Excellent organization skills & able to handle multi tasks to meet tight schedule

-          Good command of both verbal and written English, Mandarin as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

-          Self-motivated, detail oriented, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills, hardworking and a strong sense of responsibility
