Responsibilities:

• In charge of the whole product development of Silk Screen & Embroidery Department and ensure the smooth workflow of the department
• Train and develop the team to improve their technical skill sets and monitor the technical aspects of embroidery and printing
• Lead the design process by controlling the workload and structuring the daily activities within the team
• Manage and own the overall product development process from quality design to mass production and meet the schedules
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Department on embroidery issue on sampling and technical issues from sample development to production
• Prepare the piece rate of embroidery and printing for all factories and control the costing
• Ensure the pricing is competitive and up to the market standard
• Keep updated knowledge and technology of embroidery and printing
• Monitor & control the product quality

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Machinery Management or Textile
• Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience, in which at least 5 years in managerial level
• In-depth knowledge of embroidery and printing on garment is a must
• General management in sizable garment manufacturing company is preferable
• Familiar with international quality requirement standards, like EU-US
• Excellent leadership, project management, communication and presentation skills
• Good technical sense on embroidery and printing development
• Be resourceful, energetic, well-organized, analytical and good business acumen
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English and Putonghua
• Frequently travel to PRC & Vietnam
