Position

We are looking for candidates who are sincere, enthusiastic and professional.  The candidate will need to:

• Work closely with the company’s Director and Associate Director, to assist in generating and monitoring regular management reports with performance metrics of each business unit to facilitate the business decision making process.
• Participate in various development projects to improve internal control and increase the company’s operation efficiency.
• Closely monitor Greater China sales activities of a team of 4-5 sales consultants; identify areas that require attention and follow-up.
• Manage incoming referrals; assign leads to sales consultants; cultivate close relationships with existing and former clients and business partners.
• Manage channel cross-referral process; arrange and assist joint sales and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative and project management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and think independently.
• Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
