Job Description
We're expanding our team and urgently looking for experienced Recruiters. Based on your experiences and aspirations, you will either
A. Focus primarily in technical recruiting (80%); or
B. Focus primarily in sales and (digital) marketing roles (80%)
What you’ll do
- Full spectrum of recruitment process
- Develop candidate pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs
- Stakeholder management and timely reporting
- Execute Onboarding Process and quality review of new hires
- Undertake Global HR projects
What you’ll need
- Solid recruiting skill and at least 4 years of experience in recruitment (either in-house or agencies/executive search firms)
- Effective communication with a warm touch, good time management and organizational skill
- Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when requires.
