Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates and conduct face-to-face interviews
- Meet with existing and potential clients to understand clients' recruitment needs
- Manager and further develop candidate base
- Responsible in all activities throughout entire recruitment circle
Requirement:
- At least 1 year working experience (Fresh graduates will be considered)
- Experience in Retail / Sales & marketing industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A hard-working, mature and responsible team player
- Target-driven and customer-oriented
- Detail and strategic minded
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Able to work independently and to develop creative business solutions and sources
