Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the data collection projects and supervise a group of interviewers to ensure the deliverable with high quality standard and efficiency in daily operations
- To be responsible for resource allocation, manpower planning, project management and operational training
- Develop a strong interviewing team to deliver high caliber and professional insights in data collection execution
- Cost analysis and develop a budget monitoring system to measure the effectiveness in operational management
Requirements:
- Diploma or above and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and presentation skills, proactive and positive personality and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate with good potential will also be considered
